Offer of personal training for one to four people in a group.
Training takes place in the elegant new equipment room on the lower floor of the Hótel Ísland. In personal training, the special needs of each person are taken into account and the work is done based on the goals the person sets for themselves.

Spa is a 50-minute small group class that is designed for women of all ages and shapes.
The classes are designed to strengthen the body, increase mobility, improve balance, posture and coordination. All of these are important factors in maintaining physical fitness for daily activities without any extremes.
Each period lasts four weeks. The course is not intended as an intensive course, but as a lifestyle foundation and a place for year-round fitness.
Pilates in Silfra Spa
Pilates is a great form of exercise built on long theoretical knowledge and also experience. Many difficulty levels that allow people to train whether they are in rehabilitation or more advanced in strength and flexibility, from the "Core" muscle groups to the superficial muscle groups
