  • How long time before I need to send you a request for private event?

    In order to organise your event in the best way possible, we prefer to receive your enquiry at least 48 hours before the planned date of your event

  • For how many people can be on my event?

    For a private meeting 8 pax to maximum 35 pax  

  • What is the approx price I need to pay for rent private space?

    For a whole day its 49,000kr, for half a day its 25,000kr. The price including water and coffee for all event members 

  • What kind of events can I organize there?

    In our Lounge, you can have a private meeting, business meeting or gatherings for special occasions - birthdays, baby showers,  bachelorette parties and much more! 

  • Can I connect my laptop to organize projector or a screen?

    In our Lounge we have a TV screen so you can connect your laptop and we have a great sound system 

  • What kind of catering options can be provided in the Lounge?

    We have a special menu for meeting or gatherings with small dishes and finger food so everyone should find something they like. We also offer a Bubbly offer where we have sparkling wine on offer.  

  • What is included in my Lounge experience?

    Reception staff to meet and greet delegates upon arrival, free WiFi and TV screen, chairs and moveable tables (set up as requested), white board with markers, free parking, coffee and beverages available and choice of catering options
